You pay $1.50 per submission after your first 30 free submissions — with no monthly fee. If your conference gets 150 submissions, you pay $180 total. This is 25% cheaper than PaperFox ($2/submission).
Is there really no credit card required for the free plan?
Correct. You get 30 submissions and 100 AI credits completely free with no payment details required.
What is the registration fee?
Jasra charges $1 per ticket sold (platform fee) plus Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30). On a $200 ticket this works out to approximately $7.10 total.
What do AI credits power?
Smart reviewer matching, plagiarism detection, paper summarisation, AI chat with your programme, AI-powered programme scheduling, and conflict-of-interest detection. Credits are consumed per action.
How are AI credits priced vs competitors?
Jasra gives you 400 credits per $1 — better than PaperFox (300 per $1). Credits never expire.
Can I switch between plans mid-conference?
Yes. Upgrade at any time. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do reviewers pay anything?
No. Reviewer accounts are always free. Only submission and registration activity consumes your plan quota.
